(NewsTarget) This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni's Fountain of Youth Summit, which can be found at (http://fountainofyouthworldsummit.com) . In this excerpt, Bob Doyle shares the story of his path to "Wealth Beyond Reason" and how wealth isn't just about money.

The Fountain of Youth World Summit with Bob Doyle, creator and facilitator of Wealth Beyond Reason.

Kevin: Yes, so let's get right into. I don't like to waste any time and let's start talking about how you're here and why you're here.

Bob: You know, obviously I'm here I think because of how I got the knowledge that I've obtained over the past 5 or 6 years related to my understanding of how the universe works and how we can interact with it to create our lives, let's create our lives by design. The interesting thing about how I'm here is you know this, we've got all these people listening to this call and over the next few weeks and there's a lot of help and you know health and wellness-related conversations going on. Not just about, you know, tracking money and things like that and I think one of the things I want to express is you know because I have that program 'Wealth Beyond Reason' people tend to think it's a money program and while money certainly is a part of abundance, it's not the main focus of our program at all.

It really is about abundance and prosperity and well-being in all areas of your life and the story of how I actually got to this point is interesting because it has, it's all about fitness and my own pursuit of getting my life together health-wise. Back in 2000 I was a mess, you know? I just never really exercised and never did anything. I didn't play sports in school and you know that was fine for a while until the metabolism changes at age 30 or whatever and then suddenly I said, "Hey, these pants don't fit anymore" you know.

Anyway, so it really began for my health, I just needed to do something for my health and so I wasn't driven by any, it wasn't about money, it wasn't about anything other than just trying to feel better and at that Kevin, you know, the Body for Life program was a big deal, you know?

Kevin: Yes.

Bob: It was really just getting out there and I think they've done a couple of challenges and I found it quote, unquote, by accident and I thought, "well this is a 12 week program". This was an interesting thing for me. I did this not just to lose weight and so on, I needed, it was a personal integrity issue. Can I stick with something for 12 weeks? Cause if I can't, we've got a problem and can I keep a promise to myself and stay focused and all of that? And so that was all a part of why I did this thing in the first place.

So to make this story as short as possible, over the course of really it was about 11 months, I did that program, but then I also really started getting interested in fitness and nutrition and what really, really worked. How the body processed food and exercise and, you know, to learn to be able to identify fad diets for what they were and things like that and just really understand how the body worked. And so as a result of doing that I was able to, I guess do some pretty, for me anyway, extraordinary things in terms of fitness. Got down to 5% body fat and all of this stuff which you know when I looked back I was actually just borderline obsessive about it you know?

Kevin: Sure.

Bob: You know I was really obsessed. I was kind of out of balance in that and that's another whole story about what happens if you don't maintain balance when you're doing these types of things because then you start swinging back the other way almost in a rebellion mode. It's like, "Okay, I'm done with this and now I'm going to eat like crazy and do whatever I want." Anyway, the point is, is that my interest in fitness at the peak of its curiosity, I wanted to know how other people accomplished these results, too. This was before I had really gotten to 5% or learned all that stuff. I wanted to learn how did other people create these great before and after pictures and so this idea just came to me to create this website where I would interview people, post their pictures, and do audio interviews with them so they could share their story. The idea was that, you know, not only would I learn how they did this, but other people could, too, and really my focus was, 'Well, what are you eating and what was your exercise program?' and all that.

But what I learned from these interviews was that this, the results were about far more than what they were doing in the gym and what they were eating. It was about who they were becoming as a person, who they decided they were going to be in life, because I really learned this when I became a personal trainer later on, you know? You can have people do all the right stuff. They can eat the right foods and they can do the right exercises and do the right amount of cardio or whatever and still not get the results and for the longest time Kevin I had no idea why this was. But then after interviewing like over 150 people I started to see some pattern. The people who did, who were really, really successful all had some things in common. They dug deep inside themselves and found out who are they really?

Kevin: Okay.

Bob: What are they passionate about? What is important to them? Who do they want to be in the world? And they also did a lot of things like visualizing, you know? They didn't just do the day to day stuff, they really had a clear picture of what they wanted to be in their life in terms of fitness in this area and so it wasn't until much later when I started to understand how the law of attraction worked, which of course is really my area of expertise now. Why that visualization worked and why creating who you are in your mind as you're doing these things, who you want to be, why that
made such a difference as opposed to just doing the exercise program and so on and you know and then maybe getting results and maybe not.

So I, when I realized that this was, this transformation process which is really what this is all about, it's about taking where you are and transforming yourself into where you want to be. The transformation process was really about people figuring out who they were, who they wanted to be, following their sense of purpose and their passion, and following that and that will, I found, will always lead you to where you want to go if you trust your sense of purpose, you trust your sense of passion and what makes that occur is the law of attraction.

So that's why you know I'm so passionate about the law of attraction. People understanding how this permeates every aspect of your life including health and fitness, but also wealth, your relationships, and just everything. So that's really, once I sort of lock, put all these puzzle pieces together, that's when I really started shifting my focus away from just fitness to the bigger picture, you know, of how everything works and that's how the Wealth Beyond Reason came about, that's the short version if you can believe it, that's the short version of how 'Wealth Beyond Reason' began and how I'm here.

Kevin: Sure. You talk about the law of attraction. I think some, most people have heard about it. Can you give us just a brief explanation as to what you think is working when it comes to law of attraction?

Bob: Sure, well, the law of attraction is basically... you know you have to understand that the basic premise, first of all, is that the universe and everything in it is composed of energy. I mean, that's pretty basic quantum physics there and I think that most people will be able to accept that. That when you break everything down that's energy and energy behaves in certain ways. What the law of attraction does is it explains how energy in various forms comes in and out of our experience. Actually it means that it goes beyond just our experience, but in terms of we as human beings and how we're going to utilize it, what we want to understand is how are we attracting our circumstances?

And so the law of attraction explains how what we're doing and what, how our energy, you know, all energy vibrates at particular frequencies. So how does that affect what comes in and out of our lives? And so the law of attraction states that we attract into our experience things with which we're in vibration or resonance and I think there's a big point of confusion that you know people think, "Well..." because it's been oversimplified.

The definition has been oversimplified to say like attracts like. Well, that's not exactly the case. There's way too many examples when you can point to, you know, "Well, this person and that person, they're complete opposites, but yet they're happily married, they have been for a long time. You know, how does that work? How does like attract like work there?" So it's really, it's deeper than that in terms of how the energy is inter-playing. It's about resonance and so if 2 energy patterns, if you will, are in resonance they tend to attract one another.

So the law of attraction, understanding how the law of attraction works is about saying, "Well, how do we change our frequency, if you will, so that it matches whatever it is that we desire so those things will come into our lives?" Whether it's, you know, a healthy body or a great relationship or money or whatever.
