There may be no cure for the common cold but a new discovery promises drug-free relief from nasal congestion, scratchy, sore throat, runny nose and sneezing. Americans suffer an estimated one billion colds each year and miss 150 million work days annually. Most people rely on over-the-counter medication to relieve symptoms temporarily. But a technique that balances the body’s acupuncture meridian system provides relief from cold and flu symptoms by diminishing the effects of stress on the immune system.
Stanford trained engineer, Gary Craig originally developed Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to improve and shorten the psychotherapy process.
