A recent study performed by a New York doctor has found that the obese are more likely to suffer from headaches. By interviewing several people on the telephone, the doctor found that 33 percent of the obese missed at least four days of work in the last year due to headaches, compared to 27.2 percent of overweight people and 26.1 percent of underweight people.
In addition to suffering from more headaches, the obese suffer from severe pain more often than people who weight less. However, people who are underweight are more likely to suffer from nausea along with their headaches.
