The CAN-SPAM act does nothing to stop spammers, but it sure creates headaches for legitimate email marketers who don't want to accidentally run afoul of the law. To help legitimate email marketers stay compliant with Can-Spam, I've authored a free web guide on the subject entitled, "Protecting Yourself Against CAN-SPAM."
