Obesity is starting to take a serious toll on the life expectancy of the nation, according to this article from the U.K. Fat kids represent the first generation expected to have shorter lives than their parents.

That's because obesity causes heart disease, diabetes, and overall stagnation that fosters cancer. And obesity, in turn, is caused by eating metabolic disruptors like refined sugar, hydrogenated oils, saturated fats and chemical additives.

Obesity is being called an epidemic, both in the U.K. and the USA. Nearly 2/3rds of the U.S. population is overweight, and you'd have to be crazy to think it's all genetic, since our ancestors didn't seem to have this problem.
