Independent journalist Kyle Becker, formerly of Fox News, tweeted about the ongoing probe, explaining that it is based on fresh evidence showing illegal collusion between the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the various political processors that are trying to take down President Trump.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests from Attorney General Andrew Bailey of Missouri show that Biden's handlers ordered the DOJ to hand over all "activity and / or communications between Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, New York Attorney General Letitia James, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith or Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis related to the investigation or prosecution" of the former president.
"I am demanding the DOJ turn over communications relating to the illicit prosecutions of President Trump," Bailey announced in a statement. "This includes communications between the DOJ and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, New York AG Leticia James, and Fulton County DA Fani Willis."
"Thanks to evidence that has come to light, my office has reason to believe Biden's corrupt Department of Justice is the headquarters of the illicit prosecutions against President Trump."

Bragg, Willis "selectively and vindictively" prosecuting Trump
Becker also claims that evidence exists to show that D. A. Alvin Bragg and D. A. Fani Willis, as well as Special Counsel Jack Smith, all chose to "selectively and vindictively" prosecute cases against Trump to try to stop him from becoming president again.

"The Biden regime is carrying out the most blatant election interference campaign in the history of the country against the leading presidential candidate," Becker writes. "This must be stopped if Americans seek to live in a free country ever again.
Love him or hate him, Trump still deserves a fair chance at running for office, assuming presidential candidates are elected and not selected. And as of now, he is being railroaded out of the presidency, again, and this time in broad daylight.
"It's not looking good in Georgia when they're finding huge discrepancies in the ballot count," tweeted Ret. Steamfitter (Local 290), U.S. Army Combat Engineer (12B30X) Sgt. Ret. Robert Mahar, who was diagnosed with amyloidosis of the colon and heart.
"Also, other states as well," Mahar added, "so start there because if you don't, they will continue to use that tactic."
Stop the Steal 2024
Other commenters on X praised AG Bailey for having the guts to even move forward with such a case against the Biden regime and its many political cronies.
"My new hero," one of them, a Christian named "Jericho" (@JerichoXVI) said about Bailey. "I wish more Republicans would step up regardless of their feelings towards Trump; this can not stand -- it has destroyed the peoples faith in our justice system which is one of the linchpins of our Republic, and the course we are on is irrable [sic]."

To our own readers who are suspicious of Trump: regardless of who he really is or isn't, we know he won the 2020 election fair and square and was robbed of it. And it appears he will be robbed of the 2024 election as well, unless someone like Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. can somehow win over Biden.

"Andrew Bailey is fighting the fights needed to be had," also said "TrashDiscourse" (@TrashDiscourse), a Spaces host and co-founder of @SleuthArmy.
"Missouri v Biden is when he landed on my radar and I've been impressed since."
Portfolio manager and SIO Andrew Fisher (@acpandy) wrote that some other people who belong on Bailey's probe list "include those unhinged lunatic MSDNC hosts and analysts like Joe Scumbag, Joy Raided, Rachel Madcow, Andrew Weissmann, Katie Phang and etc etc."
Another person expressed concern that there is about to be a whole lot of evidence destruction now that Bailey has spilled the beans publicly about what he is doing to try to stop Biden and his people from stealing the 2024 election.
"Hmm, something deep inside me is saying that lots of documents and emails will soon be destroyed, burned, and/or deleted," this person said. "It's just what the Democrats and banks with Democrat accounts (JPMorgan) do."
